Tina McGill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in acquisition strategies, particularly within the healthcare sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and spent a decade as an Assistant Chief Financial Officer in private industry while also teaching accounting and finance courses.

Transitioning to public practice, Tina identified service gaps for small businesses and established the CFO Services Division within her firm. In 2020, she founded MMAS CPA, P.C., aiming to revolutionize public practice through personalized business financial management, emphasizing relationship-building, targeted training, and strategic partnerships.  Beyond her firm, Tina serves on ADP’s CPA Advisory Board and is the President of the UT Southern Alumni Foundation Board. She is also a member of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance.
